Located in the heart of Coconut Grove, Miami, La Gamba Restaurant is a purveyor of fine Iberian cuisine and Mediterranean fare.
Our concept is not to distort the Iberian cuisine but rather to stay true to its roots, taking care to adhere to classic recipes. That’s not to say we don't venture into the uncharted. Our weekly specials focus on superb interpretations of classic dishes.
You’ll find our Iberian style to have undertones of Mediterranean, Basque, Andalusian and Catalan flavors which come together beautifully in our meat dishes like our Braised Oxtail with potato Parmentier, white truffle oil and charred asparagus, or our Seven Seas Paella, overflowing with seven types of seafood. We also serve classic Iberian tapas like sautéed artichokes with Iberian ham, Cod croquettes and fried Calamaretti.
The majority of our award wining wines come from boutique wineries throughout Spain and our knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to help find the perfect wine to pair with your dinner.
Our fish and seafood come to us fresh from the mediterranean twice a week. We use premium Calasparra rice for our Paellas, which are perfumed and colored with the highest grade of natural saffron. We never use artificial ingredients. We are fresh obsessed.
In addition to our seafood, all our cured meats and cheeses are imported directly from Spain and procured from small scale farmers with a long linage of expertise, tradition and love for good food.
La Gamba has become a reference point for Iberian cuisine in the city of Miami and meeting place for foodies and experienced gourmets alike.
